Returns

To be honest, I consider all sales final because I make sure that everything is described in detail and represented accurately on the website.

I will consider returns on damaged items if contacted with 24 hours of reciept. Do not open the item, either refuse delivery because of the damage or return it to the post office and show them the damage and request it be returned to me. Once it arrives, I will contact you.

I try to keep my used items at yard sale type prices so you can turn around and resell anything when you tire of it without losing money. Please check the FAQ's list for more details about the products in each category.

Bath and beauty cannot be returned because of health restrictions and willl only be accepted if damaged in delivery.




Shipping

I try to keep the shipping costs as low as possible and will always gladly work out combined shipping and offer prices for several types of shipping if better prices are available.

If I am offering Priority Shipping, I will be glad to give you a quote on Parcel Post. Just click on "Ask Seller a Question" and give me a list of the items you are purchasing and I will weigh them and send a quote.



I will normally ship within 1 business day of confirming the order. Special orders will need 2-3 days.

Please note, I can sometimes run into problems in the winter months because I am in an area that does not get plowed when it snows. It is rare but we have been snowed in and without power or mail for over a week and, in 93, for over 3 weeks. If for any reason I cannot ship within 3 business days, I will email you before shipping. I will refund any sales if I get hung up and cannot ship in time for your needs.
